Linda Dulye - President/Founder, Dulye & Co. and The Dulye Leadership Experience

“As a subject matter expert invited to lead a Dulye Leadership Experience Ownership Workshop, Kelly connected instantly with our participants with her practical and portable content for expanding these rising leaders’ professional development and career success. Using interactive exercises, interesting stories, and engaging presentation style, Kelly raised participants’ ability to recognize and leverage differences within their workplaces and overcome communication challenges to improve a team’s interactions and productivity.”

Angela Vannoy - CEO, Sojourn International

CQ training made these problems open for conversation and heightened our desire to be better in these areas. We developed a better understanding of our own differences and those of our customers, without allowing past habits of misjudging, and this has increased the strength of our team attitude. It has helped us see customers with higher respect and value, and avoid the typical jaded attitude so common in service industry. As a result of the CQ training we changed our sales strategy for a customer group that until now had been unprofitable. But with our new Cultural Intelligence strategies, we secured one of our best sales of the season—they payed our full asking price, had a great experience with our services, and wrote us a glowing review. If we had functioned on our past approach, we would have thought that all those things were unlikely, based on incorrect cultural perceptions. Since then, our team has implemented CQ strategies that led to profitable entry into two new international markets. Highly recommend it!”

Bob Wright - Co-ordinator, APEX

“Culture Savvy added a great value to us at our recent conference. Their pre- and post-training helped many of our members to understand better how they are (or are not) connecting culturally where they work. Being busy expats we found this to be helpful with many new cultural tips as well as timely reminders on things we need to keep in mind as guests in other countries. We are thankful for for the helpful insights we gained from our time together.”

Emir Aksoy – Employer Branding Team Leader, SunExpress Airlines

“As a co-lead of our company's volunteer Diversity and Inclusion Committee, I participated Culture Savvy's CQ Your Bias Workshop along with our whole Committee. In this workshop we had the opportunity to explore our conscious and unconscious biases. But we didn't just uncover them, we also engaged in educational activities through different stories and examples that helped us learn how to manage biases. By the end of the day we both got to know each other better as a team and through this shared learning experience we left the meeting room with ideas for how to transfer what we learned to our company and turn it into beneficial work outcomes. For us the most important outcome is creating an environment where our almost 4,000 employees from 40 nationalities are able to communicate easily, without hiding their identity, and contribute value by being who they are. We thank Pınar and her team for lighting our way toward this goal through this training and workshop.

  • Cameron, Captain and Operational Efficiency Pilot

“Thanks to Kelly I realized how much I can still grow in understanding cultures and different perspectives. In addition to the training format, Kelly’s presentation style, recommendations, and stories from her personal experiences powerfully impacted me.”

  • Jim, retired expatriate

“I wish I had been able to take a course like this 40 years ago. We had to learn by trial and error. But even now I see that some very painful experiences were just differences in culture.”

  • Dr. Doug Magnuson, Anthropologist, IDI Administrator & Intercultural Trainer & Coach

“This training is excellent, and should be taken by EVERYONE who is involved in cross-cultural/multicultural settings, whether you are starting out or have been at it for years.”

  • Audrea, expat English consultant

“This course has been a paradigm shift for me and has made me so much more aware of my own worldview, biases, and tendencies. And I feel much more equipped to live in a foreign culture and relate to people from different backgrounds.”

  • Yasemin, Sales Director

This course was enjoyable and eye-opening. It was very interesting to see how I rated myself versus others. My areas that need development are definitely things I will focus on as I continue working in multicultural scenarios.

  • Amie, CEO at Fener Consulting

“Through the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) course facilitated by Kelly, I felt like I was handed a fresh canvas to engage with the people I live and work with intentionally without losing authenticity, to be ‘strategically curious’ what makes cultures and people unique - and then use that information to actively engage.”

  • Alissa Goodwin, MD

This cultural competency class was instrumental in giving me the language to communicate the cultural differences that I run into on a day-to-day basis both in my work as a medical doctor and at home. I truly enjoyed the class and this material is essential in our modern world. I highly recommend for anyone who is interested in better understanding how we interact with each other in the digital age.
